Property Prices to Increase in the Next Year
According to the Building Societies Association tracker survey property prices are expected to rise by an average of 1.4%.

They have also found an increase in buyer confidence with 59% of the people surveyed agreeing that now was a good time to buy. However this increased confidence is restricted by barriers to property purchase such as lack of job stability, credit restrictions, raising a deposit and affordability of monthly mortgage repayments.

It is still early days for the property market but signs indicate green shoots on the horizon.
